USE THESE POSITIONS…~
NOW THE ON GUARD POSITIONS :

Use these positions to defend against an attack from your opponent. These are called parries. Use the correct parry to protect the area that your opponent is attaching

HINT: Don't make the parries to big, then it will be easier and quicker to hit your opponent with a riposte. A riposte is the hit you make after executing a parry. Practice in front of a mirror or with a friend to perfect these parries.~~~439~454~~
